Zangio Family Chocolaterie offers artisan chocolates made with utmost care. All creations are unique, so slight differences of size or weight may occur between chocolates of the same type.
Zangio chocolates contain chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, milk powder), emulgeant: soy lechitin) , fruits, nuts, cream, yoghurt, butter, spices, sugars, honey, flowers, tea, fruit oils and natural flavors, pectin, citric acid. We don’t use artificial ingredients, colors or preservatives – whenever possible, we order from ecological farms. Some of our products also contain small amounts of liquors (<1%). The chocolates may contain traces of gluten.
We are currently expanding our range with chocolates designed specifically for people with lactose-intolerance.(By order.) These contain soy or rice-milk instead of dairy products.
STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION
The rich and sophisticated taste of our chocolates is the most enjoyable when fresh, so we advise our customers not to keep them lying around for long.
The place of storage should be dark, airy, with a temperature between 14 and 20 degrees Celsius, and a maximum relative humidity of 60 percent. The chocolates remain consumable long after the indicated date, but may lose much of their original flavor.
